Our Award Winning Youth Choir
This choir has a high musical standard, encourages personal development, self confidence, group work, building relationships and developing musical ability as well as solo performance.
Our Youth Choir is for teens from transition year to university. The members have a large input into the song choices, and are actively involved in all aspects of show performance and creation. They are going from strength to strength!
Since its inception in 2015, this choir has performed with the High Hopes Choir, the All Ireland Peace Choir in St Patricks Cathedral, opened the Canalophonic Music Festival, played Vantastival twice, and will play again in 2020, recorded an album, went off to the Prague Young Bohemia Choral Festival, where they received a Gold Award, and did their headline show in the Moate Theatre in 2019, where all funds raised went towards Pieta House.
They are a thriving and hard-working bunch, and inspire us on a weekly basis.
We are open to new members and welcome all voices.
