Dare to Sing 2025: A Weekend of Music, Joy & Connection

Welcome to SUSO’s Dare to Sing Choral Festival, a fantastic weekend full of love, creativity, talent, laughter, and joy! We’re thrilled to be celebrating our 5th year of this much-loved event, bringing singers together for two unforgettable days of workshops, performances, community, and fun in beautiful Kilcock.

This year’s lineup features an incredible mix of local and international facilitators. Returning favourites Craig Lees and Declan Davies from Leeds will lead our large choir sessions. Craig is a world-renowned choral leader and Principal Lecturer at Leeds Conservatoire, while Declan, a musical director and performer, has worked with artists like Ella Henderson and Gloria Gaynor.

We’re delighted to welcome back Ruaidhrí Ó Dálaigh, founder of the award-winning group The Ramparts, leading workshops in Barbershop for Men and Close Harmony for Women. Wagner Barbosa, acclaimed Brazilian vocal coach and producer who co-produced the Rio 2016 Olympics Closing Ceremony, joins us for the first time, bringing his infectious passion for vocal performance.

Also joining us is Carla Jane, award-winning gospel singer and choir leader whose vibrant workshops promise to lift every voice; Charley White, performer and choreographer with stage and screen credits from The Commitments to The Late Late Show; and Eimear Crehan, our very own SUSO founder, performer, and creative coach, leading sessions on confidence, artistry, and self-expression.
